Inês Sereto Pacheco has been registered with the Portuguese Bar Association since 16/10/2024. She is currently part of N2AM’s Compliance department while simultaneously practising as a Lawyer at PARES Law Firm.

She holds a Law degree from the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon and completed a Master’s in Corporate Law at the Portuguese Catholic University in 2023. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in M&A from the Centre for Research in Private Law (CIDP).

Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has developed expertise in asset management and anti-money laundering, with a particular focus on providing legal support to specialised asset management companies in the real estate sector. She provides advisory services to N2AM in these areas, namely in the context of KYC procedures.
