Kélsia Rafaela is an undergraduate student in International Business and completed an academic mobility programme at IPAG Business School Paris, where she attended courses from the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA). She further expanded her training with a Financial Markets course from Yale University, deepening her knowledge of economic analysis, market functioning and financial decision-making.

Currently, Kélsia works in the Financial and Operations Management area at N2AM, focusing on treasury, accounting support and administrative management. She assists with analysis, payment and receivable control, preparation of documentation for accounting purposes, and the day-to-day financial organisation of the company.
