Lara Mota is currently part of the Financial and Operations Management area at N2AM, where she supports process analysis and organisation, providing operational assistance in the management of OIAIs with a focus on continuous improvement, ensuring rigour and efficiency across N2AM’s internal processes. She also collaborates in the management of asset valuations, coordinating with external valuers and ensuring deadlines are met.

She is currently pursuing a Master’s in Management and Industrial Strategy at ISEG, after completing her Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Management and Logistics at ISCTE Business School. She completed an international semester at Linnaeus University, where she deepened her knowledge of Lean Management. In 2024, she carried out an internship where she led a project focused on continuous improvement and process optimisation, aiming at waste reduction and operational efficiency within a well-known retail chain.
